My Story
From starting my own healing journey years ago after being diagnosed with CPTSD and severe anxiety desperately trying to find something that would help me “fix” me. I discovered sound bowls and got heavily into journaling getting deep into my own introspection and realized it wasn’t that I needed fixing, I needed compassion, self love and to reparent myself. This work transformed my life; I created this program to share the tools, insights, and practices that helped me step into my Power and embodiment of my highest self. My mission is to be a guide as you unlock your Peace, Power, and Pleasure so you can live as your highest self.
My main goal is to be the beacon, clarity, guidance I was always looking for when I was in the state of confusion and loneliness I started this healing journey in.
